Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

We provide a complete in-house service including design, laser cutting, folding, welding, finishing, powder coating, and installation. This allows us to control quality, lead times, and cost across the entire project.

Do you handle both small jobs and large projects?

Yes. We support everything from one-off prototype components, bespoke fabrications to large structural packages. Repeat production and large batch work are also welcome.

What materials do you work with?

We regularly work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and structural glass. We also source specialist materials where required.

Do you offer design support?

Yes. We can work from sketches, drawings, or concepts and develop them into fully manufacturable designs using CAD software. We work with solidworks, advanced steel and fusion 360, Accepting Step, DXF, DWG, PDF and many other CAD formats

How accurate is your work?

Accuracy depends on the application, but for architectural work we typically work to tight tolerances with a high-quality visual finish. Structural work is completed in line with relevant standards such as BS EN 1090.

What industries do you supply?

We work across construction, commercial fit-out, infrastructure, education, private residential projects, as well as the manufacture of precision components for OEM and repeat production markets.

10 Costly Mistakes to Avoid With Structural Steel

Structural steel projects can go wrong in ways that cost you time and money, often before the steel even reaches site. We've put together a free guide covering the most common mistakes we see, and how to avoid them.

How It Works

Step 1: Get in touch

Tell us about your project – drawings, sketches or just an idea. The earlier you come to us, the more value we can add.

Step 2: Design & Specification

We develop your brief into a fully manufacturable design, working with your drawings or creating our own using CAD.

Step 3: Manufacture & Finish

Your project is fabricated, welded and powder-coated entirely in-house – giving you consistent quality and no third-party delays.

Step 4: Deliver & Install

We deliver to site and, where required, our own installation team sees the job through to completion.
